Examination requirements
We begin with an analysis of the environment and its technical features. We find the optimal degree of filtering of light and heat control with advanced tools and skills.
Advice on planning
A technically qualified and consistently updated team is available to define the system and the optimal exposure; based on the building materials, the characteristics of glass used and the intended use of the premises.
Production technical documentation
Following a careful assessment of the specific needs, the technical documentation is produced to support and elaborate on the depiction of our proposal.
Comparison of performance
There are comparisons of possible solutions in technical and performance level to identify the optimum according to specific needs.
Rendering
Photographic simulations are carried out after the plan has been produced, to allow the customer to examine the Omnitex proposal.
Sampling
If specifically requested, a cell sample is generated and installed in place to assess whether the proposals meet the needs of the customer.
As Built and certifications
On request, at the end of the implementation, copies of the certification of product and process are made available.
Implementation
Production
The production is exemplified by a pack of artifacts in a workmanlike manner. It is carried out in accordance with the law, is technically advanced and is of a high quality profile.
Composition
We verify and assemble all the necessary components to get the finished product (chocks, mechanical and tissue).
Installation and testing
The installation and final testing allows us to verify the correct operation of the product delivered and to inform the customer on the correct use of the product.

Scheduled maintenance over time carried out by qualified Omnitex personnel, allows for optimal preservation of the products.

For any need, the team Omnitex remains at the disposal of the commissioners, even with a check and report service on supplies and maintenance.

Omnitex offers two different levels of guarantee in order to better adapt to your needs and budget support.
Standard Warranty
– Extended Warranty for 2 years
– Repairing Intervention within 5 days from the call
– Extension of the warranty on the repaired parts : 6 months
Warranty Plus
– Extended Warranty 2 years
– Repairing Intervention within 5 days from the call
– Extension of the warranty on the repaired parts : 6 months
– FM Frozen Maintenance
– Extension of the warranty on the entire system screens repaired
– Inspection and control of all systems installed
Terms of Guarantee
Supplies for original Omnitex products.
The warranty expressed herein, referred to as Standard and Plus, are both an improvement over the basic warranty required by law.
STANDARD and PLUS are valid exclusively for customers especially selected by the Commercial Department Omnitex and supplies that follow this attachment as a supplementary supply.
