The metallised Verosol Enviroscreen G3 Optimum fabric, that filters light and reflects heat, is Cradle to Cradle certified and 100% recyclable but also has excellent visual and thermal performance, flame retardant properties and up to 74% external sun reflection. The deep body of the building, near the wings, limited the placement of meeting rooms, small break areas and photocopiers. The lighting project had great relevance and focused on differentiating the amount of direct and indirect light throughout the day.
Together with the designers, Omnitex worked on the sun shading systems by offering different products based on the analysis of the work spaces. Throughout the premises, manual chain-operated roll blinds with Verosol EnviroScreen fabric have been installed, which provide the right protection in terms of visual and thermal comfort. For closed offices, open plan areas and meeting rooms, the Verosol EnviroScreen 802 fabric has been chosen, which ensures proper comfort to users and meets the Italian regulatory requirements.
